Any article published on realestateinvestingarticles.org may be reused, provided ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The content of the article must be published in its entirety with no changes;
- The title of the article must be published in its entirety with no changes;
- The article must be attributed to the author as shown after “posted by” at the beginning of the article;
- The author bio at the bottom of the article must be published in its entirety, including links;
- The article must include an article source credit with an active link to RealEstateInvestingArticles.org;
- The article must not be reproduced on any website that contains illegal file sharing, pornography or any other unlawful activities;
- You must never sell or otherwise profit directly from the publishing of an article, including restricting access to paid subscribers on your website;
- You must republish all links provided in the original article as is without modifying them, including adding a rel=”nofollow” inside the href code;
- You must never create derivative works from the author’s content, including audio, video or other content mediums;
- You must never add links to the content being reproduced, in the event that a reader would assume the author is endorsing a website that was not linked to in the original content.
